Tillandsia ionantha 'Vanhyngii'

A rare species sought by collectors. This is a small clustering type of air plant with a caulescent vibe found in Mexico. The heavy trichomes give the bright green leaves a silvery sheen. 

Blushes peach before sending out violet blooms.

Can be grown indoors or outdoors.  Best in strong, indirect light.

This is a plant from a humid environment and may require more frequent watering. Spray or dunk once a week and allow to dry within 6-8 hours. DO. NOT. SOAK. This will trap water in the tight grooves of the leaves and rot your plant.
