Tillandsia butzii

Found in Costa Rica and Mexico, this bulbous species of air plant with wispy tubular striped leaves that resemble a creature from the deep sea. The pupping clumps are visually striking between the deep shade of green and pattern. Lacks heavy trichomes, so best paired with other bulbous style tillandsia.

Can be grown indoors or outdoors.  Best in strong, indirect light.

This is a plant from a humid environment and may require more frequent watering. Spray or dunk once a week and allow to dry within 6-8 hours. DO. NOT. SOAK. This will trap water in the tight grooves of the leaves and rot your plant.
